Custom Order Agreement

Things to Know Before Submitting Your Custom Order Request
1:   Submit an email with a detailed description of what you have in mind. Please include material type (eg. Silver, Mother of Pearl) and finished size of design.
2:   You will be required to submit a non-refundable deposit before going foward on the project. The deposit amount will vary based on the product's materials and design and will be deducted from your final bill.
3:   Once the deposit is received, I will send you a return email with any additional questions about the design. This process may require a few emails back and forth to gain a clear idea of what you have in mind.  
4:   Once I have a clear idea of the piece you would like, I'll send you a sketch. If you don't have any issues with it, I will begin making your product. 
If you are not content with the initial sketch, you can make suggestions for changes and I will re-sketch the design and email the new design. Limit: 2 revisions (first revision is free).
5:   After the product is finished, you will be sent an invoice and a picture of the comlpleted piece.
Hourly Rate: $45/hr. (includes time emailing, sketching, revisions, and building product)
